With advanced training in hormone health for both women and men, Stacy combines the latest clinical knowledge with a personalized, patient-centered approach to help you feel your best.
Because hormone optimization is an ongoing process, regular follow-up appointments and laboratory monitoring are essential to ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and tailored to your body’s changing needs.

Payment & Insurance Information
Pretty Little Lies Aesthetics is a cash-pay practice and does not bill or submit claims or file any forms to insurance for Hormone Optimization Program visits.
Payment is due in full at the time of each visit.
We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards when applicable.
Professional fees paid to Pretty Little Lies Aesthetics for consultations, follow-up visits, medication management, and hormone optimization services are separate from laboratory and pharmacy charges.
Follow-Up Schedule
To ensure your treatment remains safe and effective, we recommend the following follow-up schedule:
- Initial Consultation
- One-Month Follow-Up with laboratory monitoring
- Every Three Months Thereafter for continued evaluation, laboratory monitoring (when applicable), medication review, and symptom management
Routine follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your progress, review laboratory results, optimize medication dosing, and ensure you continue achieving the best possible outcomes.

For patients who prefer to complete laboratory testing through Sonora Quest Laboratories using their insurance benefits.
Initial Hormone Optimization Consultation — $475
Includes:
- 60-minute comprehensive consultation
- Detailed symptom and health history review
- Laboratory orders for Sonora Quest
- Personalized treatment plan
- One-month follow-up visit
- Medication review
- Symptom management
- Treatment adjustments as needed
Laboratory testing is performed at Sonora Quest and billed separately through your insurance.
Ongoing Follow-Up Visits — $275 (Every 3 Months)

Laboratory testing is completed through Sonora Quest and billed separately through your insurance.
Patients selecting the Sonora Quest Laboratory Program are responsible for providing their insurance information directly to Sonora Quest. Laboratory services are billed separately by Sonora Quest according to your individual insurance benefits, and any balances determined by your insurance carrier remain your responsibility.
