My first appointment was pretty close to my scheduled time. I was looking forward to my follow up appointment. I waited over 30 mins after my scheduled appointment time. The staff did not acknowledge me waiting over 30 mins of my scheduled appointment. I actually had to leave without being seen. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the staff. I had some fillers injected. Needless to say, they seemed to have already disappeared. This was not my first time having fillers. This was my first time at this establishment. I will not go back. I’m a very busy person and they did not have the consideration for my valuable time. Also I’m not happy with whatever fillers were injected.
